Enroll in the 24 Hour Mortgage Broker Pre-Licensing Course There is a non-refundable deposit of $75 required to register for the class. If you can’t make the scheduled class and provide a 48 hour notice, the amount of deposit can be applied to a future class for a period of up to six months. The $75 deposit is applied to the tuition of the class and is not in addition to the tuition. We will mail the course manual to you at no additional charge if you would like to receive the manual (approx. 350 pages) before the class. It is strongly suggested you get the manual before the class if you are scheduled to take the State of Florida Mortgage Broker exam the following Tuesday or Wednesday after the class. please call us with your credit card information to guarantee your space in class. We will accept checks and mail out the manual, once the check has cleared. All checks are payable to : Affordable Mortgage Broker School and can be mailed to P.O.
